The Manager was incorporated in Singapore on 15 March 2010 and is wholly owned by Sabana Investment Partners Pte. Ltd.
Armed with deep knowledge and expertise on the Singapore industrial property market, the Manager sets the strategic direction for Sabana REIT, manages its assets, and makes recommendations to the Trustee on issues related to acquisitions, divestment and asset enhancements.
In addition, the Manager adheres to guidelines set out by the Independent Shari'ah Committee to ensure that Sabana REIT has adopted a standard of Shari'ah compliance that is generally accepted in the Gulf Cooperation Council region in all aspects of its operation.
Please note that with effect from 23 October 2025 07:00pm (Singapore time), Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. ("SREIM") and Sabana Property Management Pte. Ltd. ("SPM") are no longer acting as the REIT Manager and Property Manager for Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sabana Industrial REIT"), now known as Alpha Integrated REIT.
