Sabana Property Management Pte. Ltd. ("SPM") is the Property Manager of Sabana Industrial REIT. The Property Manager has a team of dedicated professionals actively in contact with tenants of Sabana Industrial REIT's properties to ensure the smooth operation of all of the buildings. SPM also manages the leasing function of Sabana Industrial REIT's portfolio of properties.

SPM is 100% owned by SIP, indirectly through the Manager. The Property Manager is located at New Tech Park, 151 Lorong Chuan, the largest property of Sabana Industrial REIT by GFA.
